Return Interviews

Marand Solutions can undertake return from missing interviews in line with Section 13 of the Children Act 2004 requires Local Authorities and statutory partners to ensure that their duties are discharged with a view to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children. Statutory guidance requires that when a child is found, and returned home after running away, they must be offered an Independent Return Interview within 72 hours of their return. The interview should be undertaken by a non-statutory provider.

Follow up Missing Return Interventions are available as part of a pre-agreed package.

Regulation 44 Inspections

Maria Calway Kennedy is an experienced Reg 44 inspector and has seven years of experience in undertaking inspections.

Inspections will be undertaken in line with The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.

Creative Reviewing

Andy and Maria both hold Masters Level Qualifications in group and supervision. Experienced in outdoor education and group work Andy and Maria can design and facilitate creative learning experiences.

Andy and Maria have facilitated team building events and delivered group and youth work training.
